LADIES
WINTER BIBLE STUDY - Abundant, Faithful, True:
Three Lives Going Deeper Still, an amazing 7-week study
beginning February. Beth
Moore, Kay Arthur, and Priscilla Shirer speak on different
aspects of the Holy Spirit. Kay teaches on faithfulness from the
book of Hebrews; Priscilla Shirer teaches on God's abundance
from Ephesians 3:20-21; and Beth Moore teaches on the importance
of discernment that we may be able to distinguish between truth
and falsehood. Made to fit women's busy schedules,
this format will take most women 15 to 30 minutes daily.
We are offering a Tuesday morning (10 am) study and a Thursday
evening (7 pm) study. You can sign up

or online. The Tuesday morning study begins February 7 and the
Thursday evening begins February 9th.
GOURMET
GIRLFRIENDS - a fun time for the ladies to get together
and prepare a meal while learning cooking tips and great
cooking ideas. Be watching for the next scheduled Gourmet
Girlfriend's event.
CHICK FLICK NIGHT - The ladies enjoy a fun
evening together viewing a movie - you just bring your favorite
snacks to share and look forward to an evening of relaxing and
entertaining fun. Our
next scheduled Chick Flick Night is scheduled for Friday, Feb.
24 at 7 pm. Our featured movie will be "The Help".
The Help is an inspirational, courageous and empowering
story about very different, extraordinary women in the 1960s
South who build an unlikely friendship around a secret writing
project — one that breaks society’s rules and puts them all at
risk. Filled with poignancy, humor and hope — and complete with
compelling, never-before-seen bonus features — The Help
is a timeless, universal and triumphant story about the ability
to create change. Bring your favorite snack and enjoy a
wonderful evening with some girlfriends. Sign up

FALL
and SPRING LUNCHEONS - Each luncheon is a wonderful
opportunity for our ladies to get together for fellowship,
encouragement, a challenge from the Word, and just plain fun!
They are a tremendous opportunity to invite friends.
These luncheons are always held on a Saturday at 10 am..
Each luncheon consists of: a testimony from one of our
ladies; interesting and helpful demonstrations (i.e.
container gardening, scrap booking, organizing, helpful cooking
tips, etc., ) door prizes, special music, a skit, a challenge
from the Word and a wonderful meal.
SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS -Women of the Word - We meet each Sunday morning at 9 am for an in-depth time in the Word. Our class offers a comfortable and safe environment to discuss pertinent areas of women's lives. Join us for a time of study, prayer, and sharing each Sunday morning. Our class meets downstairs in the open session area.
BASKETS
FOR NEW MOMS - This is a ministry for new mothers in our
community who may need encouragement and support from a church
that truly cares.
This is an opportunity to open our doors and reach out to
welcome a new little person into this world and at the same time
minister to the mother and her needs.
ZUMBA
FITNESS NIGHTS - Do you want to get in condition and
have a great time of fun in the process? Every
Tuesday evening at 7 pm. Just bring your tennis shoes and bottled water.
LATTE
LADIES - Would you love to just get together with other
ladies, share special coffees, discuss fun and pertinent issues and
just have a great time of fellowship together? We
meet at different locations and discuss a variety of topics;
sometimes we just enjoy the coffee and fellowship. Our next
scheduled Latte Ladies will be Saturday, March 10 at 9:30 at
"It's Not Just a Bean" in Hughesville. Childcare is
available. Just bring your child(ren) to the church.
